Visiting Wat Tha Sabaeng ~ LP Tom (Phra Ajahn Tom) ~ Roi Et - Thailand (Part 1/2).

Wat Tha Sabaeng temple grounds is along the Chi River. There are 2 sections to this temple. The old section “original” established community temple grounds and also the new section is under construction. Wat Tha Sabaeng was established in 1862 by first abbot Phra Khanthiphiram, temple originally named was Wat Tan Tha Sabaeng. Later, in 1938, it received the Royal Wisungkhamsima. And the name has been changed to Wat Tha Sabaeng since then. Received the Wisungkhamsima title on November 28, 1938. There is a current abbot Phrakru Suthiwaropas. For part 1/2, we will sharing photos for old section Wat Tha Sabaeng.
