Revisited BE2566 - Pay Respect To Former Abbot The Late LP Kloy - Wat PuKalThong - Phatthalung - Thailand.

This year in December BE2566 went to Wat Pukalthong to pay respect to the late LP Kloy and came to find LP Ransiri (current abbot). Fortunately to knew LP Ransiri went to Songkhla to took Buddhist examination to next level. Wishing LP Ransiri can graduating with honours.

Wat PukowThong - The Blessing Luk Nimit 22-26 Feb BE2558.

Temple Wat PukalThong (Pukowthong) hold a ceremonies for 5 days for placed the 9 Luk Nimit at the main Ubosot building. And I attended the final ceremony with participated to placing the Sema Stone at pit 9 with my friends.

 The ceremony was crowded by local devotees and the participater and monks.

 The ceremony attire clothes for the helper.

 I discover many event ceremony and hawker stalls at other side of Wat Pukalthong's compound.

 Here is the main Ubosot of Wat PukalThong and nine holes are dug with eight at the cardinal points, the ninth beneath where the principal Buddha statue will be placed. The Luk Nimit, round stones the size of a cannonball, are placed in to these holes during the ceremonies. Eight Sema stones are then placed over those Luk Nimit which are situated at the cardinal points. 

 Here is the first pit for the Luk Nimit, inside the Ubosot.

 The offering for the Luk Nimit, Fragrance Oil, Fragrance Powder, Lotus, Incences, and Gold Foil.

The place for pay last respect to the late LP Kloy, he body was kept at the coffin. LP Kloy was passed away in Dec 14th BE2557. Suddenly many people, bodyguards and polices were present at Wat PukalThong. I later noticed the former Thailand prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva visited Wat Pukalthong today.

LP Kloy ~ Wat Pukowthong - Revisited In Year 2014 & Attended The Blessing Ceremony For New Phra Kring Srivichai (Part 2).

Wat Pukowthong on 28th Oct BE2557, had its Putthapisek blessing ceremony for new batch of Phra Kring Srivichai BE2557. This was final ceremony for total 3 times ceremonies hold for Phra Kring Srivichai.

 LP Ran, LP Uthai and LP Surasak took the seat.

 LP Kloy has no mobility energy and now sits in a wheelchair due for his illness.

 LP Kloy light the candle for the ceremony started.

 This batch Phra Kring Srivichai was attended by many top monks included LP Kloy, LP Maha Surasak, LP Uthai, LP Ran, LP Phrom and others.

 The deep consecrated and empowerment ceremony continued almost 2 hours.

 After the ceremony, temple was light-up the firecrackers and produced a large amount of noice, especially in the form of a loud bang sound.
