Wat Intharawihan is famous for Legendary monk Somdet Phra Phutthacharn Toh (สมเด็จพุทธาจารย์โต). Especially the towering 32-meter-tall standing Golden Buddha, known as Luang Pho Toh Buddha. Clad in Golden and rising high above the temple grounds, the statue is both humbling and awe-inspiring. It’s one of the tallest standing Buddha images in Thailand and seeing it up close, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of peace and respect. The temple is well decorated, nice and peaceful.

Wat Intharawihan or called "Wat Luang Pho Toh Bang Khun Phrom", is a Third-class Royal Temple in Phra Nakorn District, Bangkok. Historically, the temple was presumed to be built prior Rattanakosin Kingdom, then called Wat Rai Prik. The great renovation of the temple happened after the residency of Choa Indrawong from Laos who was the uncle of Her Excellency Noi Keiw Kom (King Phra Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke the Great or King Rama I's concubine). Since then, the temple was renamed Wat Indraram in his honor. Later, the temple was promoted to a royal temple by King Vajiravudh or King Rama VI, and royally renamed Wat Intharawihan until present. Wat Intharawiahn is also well known as Wat Luang Pho Toh. Since Toh means big and tall in Thai, the name represents a big 32-meter tall statue of a standing Golden Buddha holding an alms bowl. It is a location of a renowned holy well, built by Somdet Phra Phutthacharn (Toh Brahma Rangsi) - a notably reverend and sacred high-rank Thai Buddhist monk in Rattanakosin era.The outlook Shrine for 'The Holy Water Well of Somdet Phra Phutthacharn Toh' and entrance for Shrine. The wax statue of Somdet Phra Phutthacharn Toh and the scripture Chinabunchorn Fountain Holy Water.
