Visited To Wat Doi DuangKaew Sappanyu Dharma Center ~ Kruba Chaiya Pathaphi - Chiang Rai - Thailand.

I visited Wat Doi Duang Kaew Sappanyu Dharma Center in the late evening. By the time I arrived, the temple was already closed and there was no one around—but I was still lucky enough to walk around and take in the serene atmosphere. It was quiet and peaceful, and I’m definitely planning to come back for a proper visit during the day. Located in Chiang Rai province, the center sprawls across an impressive 127 rai (~50 acres), offering ample space for meditation, walking paths, and spiritual retreats. The site is being developed in phases, with additional halls, pavilions, walkways, and landscaping being added gradually. It’s common for large Dharma centers like this to expand over several years, enhancing both their physical beauty and spiritual facilities. Anyway, here we're sharing some photos of temple surrounding.

Kruba Chaiya Pathaphi Chaiyaratnajito (Wat Doi DuangKaew Sappanyu Dharma Ceter), he was an expert in Lanna Wicha by studied incantations and inscribed various Yantra characters. His first teacher was his great-grandfather (Ui Mon Son), who was an expert in making auspicious candles such as the Setthi Ruean Kham candle, the 9 Moon candle, and the Metta Ban Dan Chok candle, which his great-grandfather received from Kruba Mong of Wat Sri Thoi and passed on to Kruba Chaiya Pathaphi. In addition, his great-grandfather was an expert in the Na Na Thong Phrom Sam Na and the MahaSanae Metta Maha Niyom subject.
In addition to studying various subjects, Kruba Chaiyapathi is also interested in Vipassana meditation. He became a disciple of Kruba Inta (Wat Wang Thong). In addition to studying meditation, he also learned various incantations. Kruba Chaiya Pathaphi is very attentive to training meditation until he can practice meditation for a long time at a time. Nirodhakam is popular among monks in the North who are interested in practicing meditation. Kruba Chaiya Pathaphi also uses this method of practice, by practicing Nirodhakam for about 7 days at a time. He has used this method since he was a novice until he was ordained as a monk. Each time, he made progress in meditation and encountered many miraculous things. Once, Kruba Chaiya Pathaphi saw a vision of an angel who was more beautiful than ordinary humans. He invited him to give him a sacred yantra. The angel gave him knowledge, which was the “Golden Peacock Yantra”, which was Kruba Chaiya Pathaphi’s personal yantra that he used to help the relatives and devotees who lacked support and were in distress. With his knowledge of various magical subjects that he had studied, along with his firm and steady concentration, those who respected him miraculously survived the crisis. Golden Peacock Yantra, which is considered the identity of Kruba Chaiya Pathaphi. He uses this Yantra to bless houses, companies, shops, cars, and as a Yantra in various amulets, which brings good fortune to all who worship them, giving them prosperity, wealth, charm, popularity, and safety.

The “Shiva Nataraja” is one of the forms of Shiva, the supreme teacher of the art of dance or Indian drama. It is believed that Shiva’s dance causes the reaction of the creation of the world and man. Shiva Nataraja appears in the Trivikram pose, which is one of the 108 poses designed by Shiva. The symbol is his right hand holding a drum, which is the creation of the world. His left hand is surrounded by flames, which is the end of the fire that will burn the world. Shiva made a bet with Uma that the world he created was strong or not fall. Shiva stood on one leg on a rock without his leg falling. While the serpents swayed their bodies to shake the ocean, Lord Shiva won. He created the world by dancing on the rock. While walking and dancing, flames and water flowed from his body, becoming life-sustaining substances.

Visited Wat Preedaram ~ Famous Former Abbot LP Sawai & Seek Blessing From LP Anek - Nakhon Pathom - Thailand.

Wat Preedaram (Yai Som) is a huge temple in Nakhon Pathom. It was built in BE2444 (1901) by Yai Som who donated the land for the construction of the temple along with relatives and followers in that area. When it was first built, it was named "Wat Yai Som". Later, the temple's name was changed to "Wat Preedaram".

The poster and portrait of LP Anek with his Holy Talisman pictures.
The most important reverend 3 masters (LP Ngern, LP Sawai, LP Anek) of Wat Preedaram. The first is LP Ngern Rattivejjo, he was a very proficient in magic when he still a layman. LP Ngern Rattivejjo, inherited various magical arts, including incantation of Takruts, inscription of Na Patmang, Theo Yantra and inscription of the palakit. LP Ngern Rattivejjo of Wat Preedaram, is one of the teachers of LP Sawai. LP Ngern was ordained as a monk at the boundary of Wat MaiPinKleaw. He was a close disciple and received the knowledge of Buddhist Wicha magic from LP Pun of Wat MaiPinKleaw. At present, there is a life-size statue of LP Ngern enshrined in front of the old Wiharn of Wat Preedaram. Even though LP Ngern did not hold the position of abbot of Wat Preedaram, the villagers in the temple area highly respected LP Ngern. He helped all the relatives and lay people who came to pay homage to him regardless of their social class because of his kindness.
The second is LP Sawai Thitawanno (Phrakru Sathit Chotikhun), he had no less than 20 teachers who passed on knowledge of both Buddhist Dhamma and Wicha magic. He is considered one of the monks with the most teachers. His original name was "Sai Phutthason". He was born on January 18, BE2464 (1921), which was Wednesday, the 6th waning moon of the 2nd lunar month, the Year of the Rooster, at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. His father was the village headman. After his father passed away, he migrated to live with relatives in Tambon Khlong Jinda, Amphoe Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom province. He lived with monks and completed primary school at Wat Preedaram School. In yaer BE2481 (1938) he was ordained as a novice with LP Jai of Wat Cheng Len as his preceptor. He studied the Dhamma and Vinaya for 4 years before entering the ordination ceremony at the Phutthasima of Wat Preedaram (Yai Som) on July 4, BE2484 (1941) with LP Yai of Wat Bang Chang Tai as his preceptor, Phra Ajahn Chiem Wisutthiyano as his kammavachachan, and Phra Ajahn Pliang Yatimani of Wat Jindaram as his anusavanachan.
He stayed at Wat Preedaram and studied Buddhist scriptures, passing the highest level of the Dhamma examination. He also studied Vipassana meditation and seriously studied magic and Buddhist Wicha. The master who passed on his magic knowledge were both laypeople and monks. When he knew where there were great teachers, he would travel to ask for knowledge until he was an expert, such as LP Poon Kesaro, the former abbot of Wat MaiPinKleaw, LP Wong of Wat Thung Phak Kut, Phrakru Palat Tu of Wat Nong Suea. After that, he was determined to practice asceticism to reduce and abandon his desires by heading to the northeast to worship many important holy places. During the Buddhist Lent, he would go on a pilgrimage to Khao Wong Phra Chan, Lopburi province and Uttaradit province. In BE2492 (1949), when LP Sawai returned from his pilgrimage, the Sangha appointed him as the next abbot. At that time, he was only 28 years old and had been a monk for 7 years. When he first became the abbot of Wat Preedaram, the temple was in a state of disrepair. LP Sawai had to use great diligence to renovate and repair it and build new permanent structures. He collected the knowledge he had learned. Cooperate with the villagers to develop development in various aspects gradually until the area of Khlong Jinda subdistrict and especially Wat Preedaram has become no less prosperous than other temples. In terms of famous sacred amulets by LP Sawai, there are many types. LP Sawai was sick with old age and passed away peacefully on November 11, BE2543 (2000) at the age of 80 and 63 years Phansa as a monkhood.
