The story for Headless Tiger is around a thousand years ago, there were 2 tigers who were brothers, elder brother "Pai" and younger brother "Ka". However, Ka was interested in learning bad spells, often harm others and does not contribute to good deeds. As a brother, Pai pleaded god for help as he wants to save Ka by stopping him from bringing harm to others and doing the bad deeds. God told Pai, in order to save his brother, he have to cut off Ka's head, so that he will repent and learn from his mistakes. Pai had to do it in order to stop his brother from harming others. Kai did not allowed it but finally realized that God and his brother was helping him.
He then cut off his head which disabled himself from seeing, hearing, biting and as such he was not able to bring harm to others.
