Wat Chinwararam is an old temple in Pathum Thani province. Located on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River, south side of the city. This temple built in the Rattanakosin period (around BE2358) with formerly known as Wat Makham Tai and near two other abandoned temples, Wat Nai and Wat Khlong Khwai. These temples been renovated by His Royal Highness Prince Chinnaworasiriwat, the Supreme Patriarch. His Holiness the Supreme Patriarch, former abbot of Wat Ratchabophit Sathitmahasimaram or during the reign of King Rama VII. Present day, the temple Wat Chiwararam is beautiful and very large area with buildings were built for different purposes. The temple is on the Chao Phraya river side. Therefore creating a good atmosphere with the wind blowing all the time.

In year BE2567, His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun has graciously bestowed a certificate of appointment and a religious title upon to Phra Mongkhon Woraphon, Wat Chinnawararam Worawihan, Pathum Thani Province, is a royal monk of the rank of Raj, with the name Phra Ratchasiriwacharangsi Preechadhammaprasit Mahakanisorn Bowornsangkharam Khamwasi (LP Chamnan Uttamapanyo).

The magnificent multi purpose Sala building of Wat Chinwararam.Wat Chinwararam Worawihan have a unique building, the Sala Karn Parian & Pavilion. This building is a Thai-style building with a gable roof and was ordered to be built by His Holiness the Supreme Patriarch Prince Chinworasiriwat for the funeral of Mom Pun Champhunut, the mother, in year BE2461. The building is built on a mound (earth mountain) surrounded by a moat. The base is high with square shape and stairs on 4 sides. The top is a recessed Golden Pagoda. This pavilion was ordered by His Royal Highness Prince Chinworasiriwat, the Supreme Patriarch, to be used as a crematorium for the cremation of Mom Pun Champhunut, the mother. However, when Mom Pun passed away, His Majesty King Prajadhipok graciously bestowed a royal urn as an honor and granted the cremation at the royal crematorium of Wat Thepsirin. The original pavilion construction plan was changed and completed in year BE2472.The Ground floor and Top floor of Pavilion building with Chedi on Top.

The temple Bell Tower and also other attraction included waterfront area, sermon hall, pavilion, and new monastery built from the original structure.
